4. Demo Submissions & Artist Content Policy

Global Modulation Records accepts unsolicited demos, press kits, and promotional materials from artists for review. By submitting your content to us, you:

• Confirm that you own or control all rights to the submitted materials

• Grant us permission to listen to, review, and evaluate your work for potential promotion

• Grant us permission to feature your music, bio, images, and social links on our website and social media channels only if we contact you and receive your explicit consent

• Understand that submission does not guarantee promotion, booking, or representation

• Acknowledge that we may delete unreviewed or unselected demos after 60 days unless you give us permission to retain them for future consideration

 

Important: Submitting a demo does not create a client-artist, management, or agency relationship. All promotional decisions are at our sole discretion.

 SECTION 5: EVENT RSVPS                                 and and GUEST LIST POLICY

5. Event RSVPs & Guest List Policy

When you RSVP for a Global Modulation Records event or LA-area show, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information (name, email, phone number)

• Arrive at the venue with valid identification if required

• Understand that RSVP does not guarantee entry—venue capacity, age restrictions, and door policies apply

• Accept that we may share your name and contact details with the venue or event promoter solely for guest list management purposes

• Not resell or transfer your RSVP/guest list spot to others without prior approval

 

We are not responsible for venue changes, cancellations, or any issues arising from third-party event partners.
